修行：心静～修得经学～才懂得教义与古人的教导 When you are in tranquillity, you will be able to learn the saints teachings well.  

圣人教义～尊师重道，惩(戒止）恶扬善。替天行道，只遵循圣人教诲。正义正气。Saints' teachings ~ respect the saints teacher, restrict myself from doing all kinds of evil, advocate/promote goodness in society. Enforce justice and only follow saints' teachings.

修炼千年-勿要为了任何人事物而丧失了自己修炼千年的功力。

体会：好不容易修炼千年-不许被任何人事物所困，不受煎熬磨难。没有煎熬没有痛苦。Learn/train for thousands of years - don't loss all the practices/training due to the encounter/circumstances/people/incidents that's surrounding you - protect yourself- and all the efforts/achievements/training/good character thus far for the longest time ever! 理智和非理智-修行人-只能选一，你会选哪个？修行人：理智。

  Being Subjective (feeling the heart) VS being Objective using our mind to decipher what's the best action/solution? 

Practitioner~after going through so much in life ~realised using logic, reasoning and our mind will works better than using feelings.

Love for animals. Help animals. 

保护动物生生世世。爱动物生生世世。 

永远保护善人，制止防止一切恶人行恶~制止恶人多年～制止罪恶滔天的行为 Never Assist/ support/ collaborate/ facilitate in the evil doings for many years, the evil did ~ countless and immeasurable (eventually go to hell) ~ 体会：Choose a good leader who will bring you to heaven (goodness) 选择好的领袖～只会做善。跟坏的领导告别永别。

只选择好的领袖～只会做善。跟坏的领导～不管如何忠心耿耿~赴汤蹈火～罪恶滔天～下城凄凉。Only be with good charactered leaders... 帮助恶人多年～罪恶滔天 Assist in the evil for many years, the evil deeds one did ~ countless and numerous ~ 

朋友之义～好友被困在敌人的手里~煎熬～用智慧解决了朋友的问题。该死的人，就让他死。Good friend trapped with the enemies.  Solve friend's problem with intelligence. Whoever who should die, will die eventually #遇龙

体会：修行人不报仇～没有仇家～若有也是他们自己的问题  A Practioner of Saints' teachings has no enemies~ the enemies is self-created by themselves. They don't have hatred, revenge, evil, bad, malicious and will never take revenge!

太上感應篇
人的祸福，本来就没有一定的门路，全都是自己招来的啊！
善恶的报应，就如同影子跟着身体一样；人到那里，影子也就跟随到那里，永远都不分离啊！因为人的一生，无论是白天夜晚，时时刻刻，上下四旁，都有主管人间过恶的神明在鉴察着-检察每个人的善和恶；依照各人所犯过恶的轻重，来取寿命。（犯轻犯重）人的寿命，既然已经因为犯过而被减少，而且还要被惩罚生活贫苦，家庭破碎；又经常的遭逢到忧愁灾难啊！人人都讨厌造作恶事的人啊！刑罚和灾祸，也就跟随而来。吉祥和喜庆，都远远的避他而去。恶煞凶灾，也同时降下了灾殃给做恶的人。使恶人的寿减尽之后，恶人也就死了！这是说人的一身，行住坐卧，都有～鉴察的。举头三尺有神明-可以做恶吗？有人记录各人所犯的罪恶，并且依照他所犯过恶的轻重，来夺除他的寿命。凡是人的心、口、意、语，总是瞒不过人；每到了某日，报告人的罪过和善恶。不要做恶。凡是人犯了罪过，都难逃鉴察；罪过大的，夺除寿命十二年，过失小的，减去寿命一百天。大的小的罪过恶业～几百种之多。凡是想求长生的人，必须先要避免这些罪过恶业啊！凡是要做一件事，先要想一想，合不合道理；合道理的，就前进去做；不合道理的，就退避不做。凡是不正经的地方，例如赌场、妓院、舞厅、鸦片烟馆等，都要视为邪径，决定是退避不去。就是在阴暗的房间，别人所看不见听不到的处所，也就是善恶才分的界限；都能够正心诚意，丝毫都不愿意欺骗人。积德就要像积钱一样，渐渐的积，就渐渐的多了；累功就要像筑墙一样，渐渐的筑，就渐渐的高了。凡是积功累德的善人，不但是亲亲而仁民，尤其是他的慈心，遍及到了万物啊！
